This is a 70-minute yoga and journaling class designed to help you reconnect with your body and intuition. We’ll spend approximately 50 minutes in gentle, somatic movement, allowing sensations, emotions, and energy to move through and out of the body. The remaining 20 minutes will be held for journaling and reflection and/or an extended meditation to integrate the experience. The intention of this class is to create space—to listen inward, to move intuitively, and to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself. When we give ourselves time and permission to slow down and truly feel, it’s amazing what kind of magic can emerge.
