Networking and food start at 8:30 AM, and we will hear from featured presenter, Chris Miles. Do you have clients: - who say they are going to do something and then don't do it? - Who struggle to make a decision? - Who have unrealistic expectations? Come learn some tips to navigate these challenges more effectively! Motivational Interviewing (MI) is an evidence-based communication style proven to help clients resolve ambiavalence and moe forward with their goals.
Chris Miles, LCSW, is an expert in behavior change. She is a licensed mental health counselor, experienced public speaker, and trainer in Motivational Interviewing. Chris has taught thousands of professionals how to help their clients move forward with reaching their goals when they are ambivalent about change.
