We’ll begin the day grounded and energized with Lindsey or Tiffany leading a refreshing PiYo or Slow Flow, ease into a scenic group hike, and close with a deeply restorative MediYin session to calm the nervous system and realign the body.
We’ll wrap up our time together with coffee and connection at the historic Commissary Building ☕🌿
