Yoga & Herbs in the Park!

Join us for an evening of yoga and herbalism in the park!

This is a free community event that will include yoga, breathwork, smudging, herbal tea, a drum circle, and a soundbath.

There is no need to RSVP, but it helps us if we know approximately how many people are going. Attendees may come and go at any time, and there will be time before and after to socialize.
