Yoga & Coffee

Join us for a peaceful and rejuvenating morning yoga session! This all-levels class will guide you through a 1-hour practice of mindful movements, deep breathing, and gentle stretches to restore balance and calm.

Following the session, we'll have locally-roasted coffee and treats (included in your ticket). While you sip and chat, we welcome you to relax and express your creativity by painting a gourd birdhouse for Wingspan, a local nonprofit.

Bring your mat, a water bottle, and an open heart!
