Welcome to a day of nourishment, inspiration, and a new way of experiencing health through the timeless wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda. This Day Retreat invites you to align with nature’s pace for deep restoration and renewal. Learn and gain the tools that will allow you to take your well-being into your own hands.
You will explore and understand how our sadhana (spiritual practice) and Ayurvedic principles can support hormonal balance and emotions. You'll also discover how seasonal living and digestive health impact everything—from food digestion and hormone production to emotional processing and the power of consciousness.
The morning yoga practice will focus on restoration with nurturing, longer-held poses integrated with pranayama, sound, and mantra, ending with a healing, intuitive energy meditation.
The afternoon session includes a lecture, Vibrational cleansing exercise and collective pause for REST.
Learn to create balanced meals by understanding your constitution, the qualities of the doshas, food combining, the importance of the six tastes, and how spices support digestion. Understand how to prevent the creation and accumulation of toxins (ama) for optimal health.
Most importantly ~ reestablish your sacred connection to yourself and your relationship with food.
Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy digestive herbal teas and a soulful, organic balanced bowl for lunch (GF & V options available), all crafted to support your digestion and rekindle your agni (digestive fire). Take this time to pause, reflect, rest and align with nature's wisdom.
The lectures are practical and will help you tap into your innate wisdom. You’ll receive handouts and have the opportunity for discussion, questions, and answers, all designed to help you deepen your understanding and know yourself just a little bit more.
