For me, yoga makes space to cultivate our inner gardens to be better able to show up with our authentic voices in our communities. This class is for anyone who wishes to resonate with your inner flame, develop joy and intuition, release and ground, practice self-love and dive into your momentum off the mat.
We will awaken and listen deeply to our Selves through meditation, sound healing, hatha yoga, our senses, and our breath. Class ends with an opportunity to melt into a supported and deeply relaxing savasana.
I believe that we all have the divine spark in our anahata or heart energy space and that we are called to “tune to the song of life.” When the heart is in attunement, we feel inspired, surrounded by love, ready for a challenge and delighted by surprises.
Meet the Instructor: Suzie Syta Gutierrez began Anahata Moon Movement & Arts in order to bring the tools of transformation to a wider community. Raising our vibration together ripples outward! Practicing self-trust and caring for our wellness gives others a model for caring for theirs, too! A Hatha/Vinyasa & Kundalini Yoga Instructor with certifications in Ayurveda, Reiki and Sound Healing, Suzie also delights in nature in all our seasons, singing, writing, crocheting, camping, reading in a hammock with her kids, and her family's first prolific cucumber garden this year!"

Sign-up here or at the door, Venmo Suzie directly @AnahataMoon, or pay cash when you arrive. Suzie also teaches “Kundalini Yoga - Align your Light” on Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm.
