A deeply nourishing healing experience blending yin/restorative yoga with acupuncture, designed to support the Liver channel as we transition into spring. March is a powerful time for this work—the season of growth, upward movement, and renewal. As we emerge from winter’s inward focus, this practice helps release stagnation and gently move the stuck energy created from months of hunkering down. This workshop features a yin/restorative practice led by Jessica, paired with acupuncture provided by Amy Yehoshua, LAc, MSOM, with Sage Healing Collective. Through long-held supportive postures, targeted acupuncture points on the hands, ankles, and feet, this Yogapuncture experience encourages the smooth flow of prana (chi) throughout the body. Clearing congestion in the Liver channel helps restore balance to the nervous system while creating space to plant new seeds, cultivate growth, and move forward with clarity and ease.
