6:00pm Mondays & Wednesdays - Yoga with Veronica
In this 45min bilingual Spanish/English class you will be encouraged to find center by moving like yourself through guided breathing techniques and yoga poses.
Veronica leads corporate meditation, yoga, soundbath and wellness rituals throughout New York in both Spanish and English. Her yoga classes invite you to synchronize breath and movements techniques to explore balance, ease, and joy. She holds certifications in various Yoga modalities, Pilates, Reiki Shamanism, Meditation and Sound Healing. Instagram @biengoodwell

10.30 am Saturdays – Yoga with Angelica
This 45-minute vinyasa practice will provide a space for you to move, breathe, and explore the space you take. Every week the sequence will be different from the week prior making each class a unique explorative experience.
Angelica’s been guiding bodies through space for over a decade! At 15 years old she became a dance instructor for her local studio. At age 18 she was convinced by a friend to take a yoga class and fell in love with savasana. The feeling of rest after so much movement was euphoric. In 2016 she used her summer break from graduate school to obtain a 200HR teaching certification to share her love of movement. Over the years she's found movement to be her escape, second home, and source of comfort. Through teaching, Angelica’s so grateful that she's become part of the representation that she wishes to see on and off the mat, to show that everyBODY can do yoga.
