WHY YOGA AND TEA?
Yoga and tea both help us slow down and come back to the present moment.
Yoga awakens the body through gentle movement and breath. Tea calms the mind through stillness and quiet reflection. Together, they bring balance β one flowing, one resting β reminding us to move with natureβs rhythm and listen within.
The Taiwanese tea ceremony θΆθ(Cha Yi), also celebrates mindfulness and harmony. Each step β from warming the pot to pouring the tea β is done with care and patience.
Through yoga and tea, we learn to pause, breathe, and feel connected to nature and ourselves.
