Yoga and Sound Meditation Sundays
Join us for a blissful retreat into the ultimate self-care Sunday practice. Guests will enjoy:
- 1- hour gentle yet stimulating yoga flow for all levels by Merritted Yoga with Billie D. Merritt (@beatific_billie). The flow will focus on stretching and stimulating your lymphatic system to cultivate harmony within your body. Weather permitting, we will enjoy the yoga flow in the outside yard of the venue! Attendees will still have the option to flow indoors, as the venue has garage doors that open to the yard.
- Intermission with fresh juice and snacks brought to you by Juiceland and Merritted Yoga.
- 1-hour sound meditation journey- an elevated sound bath experience by Celestial Healing Vibrations by Melissa Turner. This is a meditative and rejuvenating experience featuring gong frequency meditation and music as Melissa gently guides you on an invigorating sound adventure.
