Join me and Selina from Sound Healing Heaven for our celebration of Imbolc - the first emergence out of winter and into spring. The perfect time to listen to the inner wisdom you gained over your winter hiberntion, and tuning into the manifestation potential of the coming spring. I will provide an hour of slow yet awakening yoga, to gently rouse ourselves from our winter slumber.
Selina will then provide an hour of beautiful crystal bowl sound healing.
