To make this session successful for all of us and Modern Times Beer:
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find a place for your mat as the event will start promptly at 10:45am
- Things to bring:
- yoga mat
- blanket for padding (the practice will be on concrete)
- water
- eye mask
