✨ New yoga classes starting again soon theyogabarndevon ✨ 🗓️ The 1st class will be on Friday 30th January at 7-8am @theyogabarn in Hele 🌊
The next evolution of classes will be spontaneously adapted to those who are present each time, making this suitable for all abilities, but with the intention always on expanding consciousness through a healthy body, strong mind and awakening heart ♥️
With ancient time-tested traditional yoga, through improved flexibility, mobility, strength and breathing, your body will become supple and capable, and your mind will become sharp and clear, free from worries and stress, allowing clear awareness to shine as the light that you are 💫
Each class will also include an optional post-class social activity such as a hike, sea dip, cafe or satsang. This will be decided each time by the group and is an opportunity to connect deeper with a community focus ✨
