Yoga and poetry

Journey with us on a somatic inquiry. Our bones hold insight
to a creative practice.
We will flow with movement, writing, meditation and circle.
What happens when you write with embodied awareness?
When you move your body in conversation with a poem?
When you tend your creative practice with devotion and curiosity?
This workshop is an invitation to explore living questions and
be with the body in your creative process.
As always, this work is an active practice of listening. You are encouraged to go as deep as you're ready to or simply be present on the surface. We'll hold space for whatever you need.

Who are we?
Harriet Waldron is a dancer and yoga teacher who works in software engineering. She holds a 300 hour yoga alliance certification through the School of Awakening Arts. She'll bring sincere presence and a potential touch of silliness to this workshop.
Harley Bell is a writer, poet and occasional teacher. He works in publishing during the day. At night, he looks to the moon with a love for mythology. It brings him joy to shimmer poetry into other people's lives.
