Ready to slow down and truly experience the beauty of being present? Join me for a nourishing day retreat in the beauty of Stanmer Park, where we’ll explore the art of mindfulness, through yoga and meditation practice as well as connecting with nature. As we move through the day, these practices will help cultivate a deeper sense of calm, groundedness, and compassion. Throughout the day, we’ll enjoy:
🌿 Gentle Yoga Practice – Ease into the day with a gentle yoga session to awaken your body and mind.
🌿 Mindfulness Meditation – Deepen your sense of presence and awareness with a guided meditation to dive deeper into the day's theme.
🌿 Vegan Lunch – Enjoy a home-cooked nourishing vegan meal.
🌿 Nature Connections Practice in the Woods – We’ll head into the woods of Stanmer Park for a nature connection practice - grounding, breathing, and just being.
🌿 Yoga Nidra – We’ll end the day with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session themed around nature, leaving you feeling fully refreshed and restored.
My intention is for this day to be held in an accessible, inclusive and trauma-sensitive way, with everything optional. You can be a seasoned yogi or new to the practice - everyone is welcome – just bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down and be kind to yourself.
