• Yoga Class (11:30 AM): A dynamic 60-minute Ashtanga yoga session designed to energize and strengthen your body.
• Coffee Break (12:30 PM - 1:00 PM): Enjoy a selection of snacks and coffee as you recharge.
• Mental Health Workshop (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM): Explore an engaging mental health topic and participate in practical group exercises to apply what you’ve learned in your daily life.

About the teacher:
Ingy is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor trained in India and currently based in Budapest, Europe. She is also a certified instructor in Pilates, Flexibility, and Airyoga.
Her passion for movement and fitness began at an early age through rhythmic gymnastics and ballet dancing. This background enriches her teaching style, blending the energy and discipline of these forms into her classes.
Ingy now passionately teaches in both Egypt and Europe. She also organizes yoga retreats, which she believes are the best way to connect people and help them connect with their inner selves, leading to overall healthier well-being.
