From Bari we will travel by local train to UNESCO listed Matera 10 - 13 June and enjoy exploring the unique Sassi - evidence of historical poverty, restored into great beauty. From there we will travel by private shuttle bus to another fascinating location - to stay in the trulli of Puglia.
Our retreat venue for 7 days (13 - 20 June) is situated just outside Martina Franca. Daily yoga and meditation supported by an organic pH alkaline diet will nourish all aspects of our being. At the end of our stay at La Rosa, many of us will enjoy 2 days in nearby Ostuni.
Retreat at La Rosa **1260 Euro twin share + yoga fee $950 AUD to be paid to Tam.
