Join Jessica Lee Reader at Conestee Nature Preserve for an hour-long gentle yoga and meditation class in the beautiful Henderson Meadow.

Nourish your mind, body, and spirit while connecting with others in nature. We'll start with a short mindful walk in the forest before settling onto our mats.

Engage your mind, body, and spirit amidst the serene setting of trees, birds, and the picturesque meadow view. Mindfulness will be woven throughout the session, deepening your connection to both yourself and nature.

Jessica provides guidance for all levels, creating a comfortable space for participants to explore movement and mindfulness together. Prepare to enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

Cost: $15 per participant (proceeds help support Conestee Nature Preserve).
Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Location: Conestee Nature Preserve, 601 Fork Shoals Road Greenville, SC 29605
Parking: Meet in the parking lot off Fork Shoals Road.
Meeting Time: Gather in the parking lot at 8:40 a.m. The walk to Henderson Meadow starts at 8:45 a.m., followed by the yoga session at 9 a.m.
Restrooms: Available in the parking lot.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, water thermos, sunscreen, comfortable clothing, and closed-toed shoes. Keep an eye on the weather and dress accordingly.
In the Event of Bad Weather: Event changes due to weather will be communicated via email the day before.
