Join KGP&R from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM on Tuesdays at the King George Citizens Center for Yoga & Meditation for Beginners! Each class is $5 and taught by Aubrey of The Foliage Pharm, LLC.All ages are welcome. Be sure to bring your yoga mat and a water bottle.
