Yoga and Journaling Program | Yoga for Being in the Present Moment
Come join Lily and the Root members in the heart of London for a mindfulness-based yoga and journaling class.
The whole program is designed to bring a unique perspective into your daily emotional challenges through each theme, each week.
When you open up space for awareness in your small moments, you start walking away from judgement, self-criticism and negativity by enjoying your journey, noticing your purpose and accepting your own unique self.
Journaling
Reflecting emotions in a state of calmness helps you reconnect with your 'self' and notice your own reactions to the outer world.
Gentle Yoga
The practice of moving in gentle poses restores resilience in your muscles, builds healthy tissues throughout your body and improves your self-confidence.
Like-minded Yogi-mates
Connecting with the individuals who don't judge you on and off the mat helps you to be yourself, supports you in your personal growth and creates love and sense of belonging just as your soul always needs.

Each theme is designed for you to adopt positivity more and more, so that you can build better coping skills during challenges, a healthy psychological wellbeing and a gentler way of self-talk.
