Join us for the ultimate day of connecting with your feminine energy with a balance of yoga and dance‘Groove’ balances movement and dance with emotive music that helps you connect with your inner self
Fiona will guide you through a carefully curated playlist and encourage you to let go of your inhibitions and have lots of fun as you dance, flow and groove !
The afternoon will see us take a ‘groove’ walk - connecting with nature - using headphones to listen to the music as we walk, smile and groove
Francesca will guide you through yoga and relaxation sessions. Our yoga will all be about connecting with our feminine energy - our yin energies.
Allowing you time to connect with your inner essence. We will take the time to breathe, move and mediate, as well as taking long moments of stillness in savasana to recharge, ready for the winter months.
Come and embrace the feminine energy that dwells within all of us, tap into our sensitivities, creativity, and patience, allowing us to be guided by our deep intuition
The day will also include hot drinks and snack and a yummy vegan lunch in the restaurant
