Simon and I are really excited to be bringing you this retreat at the magical Trigonos in June next year.The retreat will consist of yoga and fitness classes and lots and lots of lovely Trigonos food (vegetarian).
We have run this retreat for a few years now and it's always a fun, lively and friendly one. You don't have to be super fit to come along. The exercise and yoga are targeted to the ability of everyone.
The price of the retreat is £475 per person.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The balance may then be paid in instalments or the full amount will become due 8 weeks before the start of the retreat. Once payments are made they are non-refundable if you cancel unless we are able to find someone to take your place in which case a refund will be made minus your original deposit.
