Our mornings begin with mindful yoga, cultivating stability, awareness, and steady focus. From there, we head to the rocks, climbing under open skies — feeling the texture of the stone, the warmth of the sun, and the quiet strength that arises when we trust our bodies.
Open to all levels, this retreat welcomes both experienced climbers and complete beginners. All you need is curiosity, an open breath, and the willingness to explore.
