The Toledo Museum of Art invites young creatives to explore the connection between body and mind through Yoga and Art Connection — a calming, imaginative workshop blending gentle movement, mindfulness, and expressive art-making.Led by instructor Kristen Sanders, each session includes:
✨45 minutes of yoga to awaken the senses
✍️ Guided art-making focused on reflection, creativity, and fun
No yoga or art experience needed — just bring your mat and an open mind!
