Significantly, this course will focus on the muscular-skeletal system and how this applies to a yoga practice.
This advanced yoga course is ideal for yoga teachers and practitioners, who are looking to take practice to another level. While many of you are teaching/practicing Vinyasa Flow and Rocket Vinyasa, this course provides the fundamentals of the basics. Accordingly, we will modify the practice to make it accessible to your physicality and limitations, whilst pushing boundaries to challenge your physical practice.

Yoga Anatomy Schedule
The course will run Monday to Friday 7.30am to 2.30pm
07:30 – 10:00 Ashtanga Yoga/Rocket & Breathwork
10:00 – 11.30 Brunch and Study
11.30 – 14:30 Anatomy Workshop & Posture Lab
