Join us for a unique experience that combines the powerful pairing of yoga and acupuncture to help release deep tension, restore balanced flow, and guide your nervous system out of survival mode and back into a state of ease.
The session will begin with a 15-minute welcome and consultation with licensed acupuncturist David Fife, LAc, owner of Lake Country Acupuncture, so he can connect with each participant and thoughtfully curate individualized treatments. (Because stress may be universal, but how it shows up in your body is not.)
You’ll then move through a 1-hour guided yoga practice designed to:
• Release habitual tension patterns
• Open energetic pathways
• Calm the mind and downshift the nervous system
• Prepare the body to fully receive acupuncture
Yoga works with prana (life force).
Acupuncture works with qi (same concept, different language).
Both aim to restore flow because when energy moves well, your body functions better.
Simple, logical, and surprisingly rare in modern life.
Following practice, participants will settle into stillness for a 15-minute personalized acupuncture treatment, allowing the body to integrate the benefits of movement, relaxation, and energetic alignment.
About David Fife, LAc
David has been a licensed acupuncturist since 2005 and brings a truly global depth of training to his work. Originally from England, he completed his education at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and later interned in a hospital in Hangzhou, China. He has traveled extensively throughout China studying with masters of Chinese medicine and internal arts. David has been serving the Lake Country community from his Delafield clinic for over 11 years.
