Mondays : Ashtanga Foundations - dynamic, structured, all levels welcomed, following ashtanga traditional sequence with modification to slowly learn a half primary ashtanga flow. Tuesdays : Hatha- slower paced yoga, longer holds (5 -8 breaths), building foundation for body and breath awareness, finishing with a few last asanas held for 2-5 minutes. yoga beginners friendly with a little challenge.
Thursdays : Vinyasa - dynamic yoga, flowing one breath per movement from pose to pose, all levels welcomed, you will end up sweaty but happy
