This class is suitable for everyone. It is a slow, flowing class that both beginners and people with some yoga experience will enjoy. In this class, I will teach you; yoga postures relaxation and breathing techniques. You will learn how to hold a series of poses to improve your strength as well as the techniques for gently flowing through a sequence of postures to improve coordination.
Regular attendance will enable you to build strength and flexibility, whilst learning to be more embodied and less stressed.
