A 3-week series to refine alignment, build confidence, and explore creative movement.
Each week, we will study three yoga poses in detail - from toes to crown - focusing on alignment, muscle engagement, and body awareness. These poses will then be integrated into a gradually evolving flow, moving from Hatha-style holds (3–4 breaths) into Vinyasa (one breath, one movement).
Over three weeks, you’ll explore nine essential poses and learn how to link them into a strong, creative vinyasa practice.
Perfect for beginners, intermediate students, or anyone curious about strengthening their foundation and improving flow skills.
Weekly focus:
- Week 1: Poses 1–3 + Simple Flow
- Week 2: Poses 4–6 + Intermediate Flow
- Week 3: Poses 7–9 + Full Vinyasa Flow
