Everyone starts somewhere when it comes to yoga. Maybe you’re brand new or are looking for a way to ease back into your practice. This class is led by Lead Teacher Nicole Vincent who will focus on fundamental poses and safe alignment to create a strong and mindful foundation for your practice. If you or someone you know has been curious about yoga but hesitant to jump in—this is the class to recommend!WHAT TO EXPECT:

✅ A supportive environment for questions, learning, and building confidence
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class so we can get you SIX-tuated. Our classes start promptly on time with NO LATE ENTRY.
