🌸 Transition into an intuitive Sound Journey Integration. Using the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls, medicine drums, Koshi chimes, and more, we support the release of excess energy while opening you to powerful insights and profound relaxation.

🌸 Crystal: A classically trained pianist, Music Therapist, Reiki Master, and Sound Healing Practitioner with over 40 years of experience. Trained in both London and New Zealand, she is a dedicated mama of three beautiful daughters.
🌸 Pam: Our experienced Yoga Teacher and author. An ex-school teacher, Pam has been practicing and teaching the art of yoga for many years, bringing heart and wisdom to every stretch.
