Yolates Inversion Lab: Core, Alignment + Play
Saturday, March 21st | 1:00–2:30 PM | $45 | Village Yoga
Build strength, confidence, and curiosity in this 90-minute inversion workshop with Nicole Vallely, designed to help students of all levels explore the magic of going upside down. You'll kick off with Nicole’s signature spicy Yolates core sequence—a dynamic blend of yoga and Pilates—to activate your center and prep your body.
From there, we’ll break down alignment and muscle engagement to support headstands, forearm stands, and handstand variations. Whether you're just starting your inversion journey or working on press-ups and balance, Nicole will guide you through a playful, empowering flow with plenty of drills, modifications, and personal attention.
