SHIPWRECKED SHANTY RETURNS TO SLÁINTEDecember 18th • 7:30–9:30 PM • Oakland
We’re sailing back into port, hoping to make this a monthly tradition at Sláinte. Once again we offer our annual “yo-ho-ho, not HO-HO-HO” themed sea-shanty refuge for every jaded, wayward holiday soul who needs a place to take in some spirits and lift their spirits at the same time.
And yes, Shantyoke is making its triumphant return. That means you can skip the Christmas carols and instead warm your voice with a whiskey or a hot toddy before putting some proper wind in the sails of the evening. Bring your voice, your courage, and whatever scraps of holiday sanity you still have left.
A fair warning: seating is limited. If you drift in late, the Kraken has reportedly forged an alliance with the Krampus beasts, and they have no qualms about tossing tardy guests out into the dinghy.
Gather your crew, claim your spot, and join us at Sláinte on December 18th for a night of rowdy songs, strong spirits, and a little seasonal rebellion. Let the tradition begin.
