Join Michelle Haines of Crystal Sound Wellness for an immersive sound journey alongside Dr. Marie Miller for gentle, restorative acupuncture in this beautifully collaborative experience designed to calm the nervous system and guide you into deep inner stillness.
As you rest comfortably on recliners, a fine needle is mindfully placed at Yintang, a point between the brows known for encouraging clarity, relaxation, and quieting the mind, while soothing crystal bowls, harmonic tones, and subtle frequencies wash over you.
Together, sound and acupuncture work in harmony to help the body soften, the mind unwind, and the heart open, creating space for profound rest, balance, and renewal.
This is a fully supported, receive only experience where nothing is required of you but to breathe and allow. Acupuncture is always optional, and you are warmly welcome to enjoy the sound bath on its own if that feels most aligned for you.
