This 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is a lovingly crafted immersion for certified and aspiring yoga teachers, as well as committed practitioners who feel called to explore the transformative depths of Yin. Whether you're looking to enrich your own inner journey or share this practice with others, this training offers a spacious, nourishing container for genuine growth. ✨Over 34 hours of in-person immersion across four grounding, soul-filling days, we’ll explore Yin through the lenses of anatomy, Daoist philosophy, energy pathways, trauma-informed awareness, and the subtle art of holding space.
The remaining 16 hours unfold through home study and SEVA teaching, giving you hands-on experience in guiding others with compassion, clarity, and presence. 🙏
