About this Event
Each gathering is shaped by the season, drawing on the Celtic Wheel of the Year and Traditional Chinese Medicine, while remaining accessible and welcoming to all bodies and levels of experience.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice where postures are held for longer periods to gently work into the deeper layers of the body. The focus is on stillness, ease, and listening inward, allowing both physical tension and mental effort to soften.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practiced lying down. Often described as โyogic sleepโ, it supports deep rest of the nervous system while keeping awareness present. No movement is required, you simply get comfortable and are guided through the practice.
