About this Event
This class was designed to help you alleviate any stress or discomfort you may store in your body and will inspire you to allow self-compassion to guide your practice.
By booking this class, you'll receive a branded gift bag that includes
- your unique affirmation card
- our bespoke lotus candle
- and a surprise moon crystal
that may assist in your personal mindfulness practices at home.
We kindly ask you to exchange your clothes at home before coming to your class and to make sure you arrive no later than 5 minutes before the start as the gates will close and our session will begin. Yoga mats will be provided, you don't need to bring any.
For your absolute comfort, we recommend wearing grippy socks throughout the session but they are by no means compulsory.
