? Sundays | 4pm–5.15pm (an extra long session to help you fully relax)

? Most props provided ~ just bring a mat! (I’ll have a few if you need to borrow one)
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, floor-based practice with lots of support and space to just be. No pressure, no need to be flexible or calm - just come as you are ☺️
