Join us for a transformative Yin Yoga Teacher Training weekend immersion designed to deepen your understanding and practice.
This 15-hour Yoga Alliance–approved program blends 60% engaging discussion and slides with 40% experiential practice. Topics include a historical perspective of Yin Yoga and its roots, the benefits of the practice, the distinction between Yin and Restorative Yoga, the basic 26 postures, meridian theory, Yin Yoga for athletes and teaching guidelines for designing impactful classes. The weekend also features three 90-minute Yin Yoga classes accompanied by live music from Dennis, who will play guitar, sitar, flute, gong, and a variety of other healing instruments.
Each participant will gain the tools, practices, and resources to confidently lead Yin Yoga classes.
Upon completion, students will receive the full presentation in a pdf format along with notes from the 3 live classes, a personalized Certificate of Completion and 15 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Units (CEU's).
