Focusing on the essence of the practice, we equip participants with the tools necessary to learn the functional approach to Yin Yoga developed by its founder Paul Grilley.We'll share with you the 7 archetypal Yin Yoga poses linked to the 10 myofascial groups and 14 skeletal segments defining the body's functional anatomy.
This will enable practitioners initially to develop a refined sense of interoception enabling them to define and link each sensation of tension and compression to targeted areas. This understanding enables us to adapt each posture to our morphology and to teach the practice while taking into account the subjectivity of each practitioner.
