Byron Yoga Centre is one of the oldest Yoga Teacher Training Centres in Australia. With over 30 years experience, we offer accredited yoga training in both the practice and philosophy of yoga.
This 50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed for yoga teachers, graduates and current trainees (also open to non-yoga teachers). Add Yin Yoga to your teaching skill set and personal practice.
6 Day Yin Yoga Training in Byron Bay March 6-11, 2026. Yin Yoga allows us to seek balance in a fast-paced world. The chance to sink into stillness, to connect to your centre and to relax into rest is a potent practice.
Both - 10 day Yin + Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Book the 4 Day Restorative and the 6 Day Yin March 2 - 11, 2025 for a $300 discount + a complimentary extra night accommodation at Byron Yoga Retreat Centre.
Course Content:
- Learn to teach 20 Yin Yoga poses, safely and confidently
- Yin intentions and principles
- Physical and energetic theory and benefits of Yin Yoga asanas
- Meridians of the body and how to develop themed classes
- Sequencing, adjusting and use of props for Yin Yoga
- Bio mechanics of Yin Yoga on the body
- Practical teaching opportunities
- Time to relax, enjoy the pool and explore the area
- Guided meditations, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra
Training inclusions:
- Shared accommodation in quad-share cabin (ensuite and/or private rooms at an additional cost subject to availability)
