50HR YIN YOGATEACHER TRAINING
Yoga Alliance | Part Time | In-Person OR On Demand
A thorough and thoughtful training to learn and embody the foundations of Yin Yoga and all the layers of wisdom this unique style of yoga practice encompasses.
Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts which describe the two relative qualities present in everything. In relation to yoga the style of Yin represents the other side of the coin. It is a slower practice where postures are passively held for long periods of time to channel deeper and more dense layers of the body - namely the connective tissues and joints.
This training is heavily steeped in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). If you’re wondering how these 2 gentle philosophies/modalities correlate to make one potent practice then this will be a very enriching training for you. We will dive deep into the world of Meridian Lines Fascial Trains Meditation and Energetics and learn how to apply this wisdom in a poetic yet effective way to enhance your teachings and practice of Yin Yoga.
This training will give you the not only the qualifications but most importantly the wisdom and confidence to teach Yin Yoga classes that are effective and meaningful.
Be ready for a transformative journey of the self that is not only theory but very much experimental and practical. It will be deeply immersive.
