The practice of Yin yoga is slow, soothing, and meditative. Yin yoga works deeply into your body with passive, longer held poses. This floor based practice uses the support of both seated and reclined poses to target your deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, and joints. A practice of Yin yoga has many benefits that may help increase mobility and flexibility, improve circulation, alleviate pain and tension, as well as relieve stress and anxiety.This class is lightly heated to 75 degrees to ensure comfort. Class is taught for all levels of students.
