This 4-week series invites you to draw your attention inwards as you explore the physical and emotional energies of the 4-phases of the moon.** A bonus Moonshine Workbook, specially recorded Yoga Nidra and meditation practices are available for all who Block Book the full series. **
Week 1 - Balsamic Moon
The end of the lunar cycle, when nature rests. The sky is at its darkest and we are encouraged to turn our gaze inwards to contemplate and rest. Our yoga practice softens and encourages deeper introspection.
Week 2 - New Moon
As the first sliver of light returns in the night sky our energies begin to shift. Our focus shifts towards intention and beginning to plant the seeds of all we hope to achieve. On our mat we look to silence, a focus on affirmations and the opportunity to be guided from within.
Week 3 - First Quarter
The moon is half illuminated and a feeling of creativity and concentration becomes apparent. Our yoga practice encourages us to explore the idea of right effort, where we place our attention. Gentle movement encourages us to remove obstacles in our path as we explore new possibilities.
Week 4 - Full Moon
Our journey culminates with the heightened energy of the full moon. We practice gratitude as we reflect on our journey through this lunar cycle and release the intentions we set at the New Moon.
This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. Each class will offer a unique sequence, including guided meditation and breathwork.
