Start your weekend grounding with a Yin Yoga practice, and intentional Meditation that will leave you renewed for the week ahead.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that targets deep connective tissues in the body, helping to increase flexibility, release tension as well as an opportunity to be in your body.
Perfect for beginners and as a restorative practice. I will guide you through a series of gentle stretching poses that we will hold for a few minutes to release tension and trapped emotions.
This event will take place at Earth 'n' Us Farm, a hidden gem located at 7630 NE 1 Ave ( in vibrant Little Haiti) come practice in nature surrounded by trees, birds, cats, rescued goats, pigs, and chickens.
Its Miami winter, bring your blanket and socks.
