This four-week Yin Yoga workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to slow down, soften the body, and nurture your mental and emotional wellbeing.
Through long-held postures and guided mindfulness practices, you will learn to release stored physical tension, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a sense of inner calm. From grounding foundations to heart-centred release, give yourself the permission to stop doing and start being.
Rather than striving or effort, Yin Yoga invites surrender, patience, and presence. This workshop offers time to pause, replenish your energy, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Each session is thoughtfully themed to support both physical comfort and emotional balance, using accessible yin postures, conscious breathing, guided relaxation, and moments of reflection. You will be encouraged to listen to your body, honour your own limits, and practise in a way that feels supportive rather than striving or effortful. This is an invitation to rest deeply, reconnect with yourself, and develop simple tools you can carry into everyday life.
This workshop is suitable for all abilities, including those new to Yin Yoga or returning to practice after a break. No previous experience is necessary, just a willingness to slow down and be present. All postures are adaptable, and props are used to support comfort and ease.
By the end of the series, you can expect to feel more at ease in your body, more spacious in your mind, and more equipped with simple, nurturing tools to support your wellbeing both on and off the mat.
