This is a practice of stillness. Less poses, all floor based and held between 4 and 10 minutes, so you can settle with time to allow for your body, your nervous system to release. Yin creates a space to open into flexibility safely within your natural range of movement while honouring the integrity of your connective tissue, and strength.
Everyone can enjoy as props are used to support where needed.
It's also a fun practice to explore different ways to access the body and it's openness!
