Gift yourself this 60 minutes of deep relaxation designed to help you slow down, settle the mind and re-energize. Bring your hot flask of tea, and I will provide mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets & eye pillows.This Yin class will be a restful practice to allow time to indulge into the quality of stretches and observe the effects of on the body & mind.
There are plenty of moments to pause and find stillness, to shift from thinking and doing to feeling and being, to give the mind time to reflect & become less active and allow for the heart to be heard again.
It also helps to move blocked energy in the body assisting with emotional, mental, and physical health.
