Welcome to Yin yoga class Bea Preeya in Lycka buurtkamer next to Sloterdijk station.
Bea is a passionate yoga teacher from France now based in Amsterdam, transitioned from a decade in music to pursue her true calling in yoga five years ago. Specializing in Yin and Hatha yoga, she focuses on emotional healing and trauma recovery. With a nomadic spirit and love for nature, especially water, Bea fosters meaningful connections wherever she travels. Committed to sustainability and social justice, she advocates for a better world both through yoga and in her daily life, inspiring the community with her holistic approach to healing.
Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for a longer time.
This yoga class is accessible to both beginners and advanced students. The yoga class is open to people over 16 years old.
There are yoga mats avaiable at the Lycka buurtkamer. Please bring your own blanket if you feel like.
There are a maximum of 10 places available and a ticket costs €8.
